It really depends on the line up of the Avengers and the Justice League, so I will put forth the line up that I like and we’ll see what happens.

Let’s say the battle takes place on the streets of New York City, because all of the best superhero battles take place there. As is always the case in these fights, they pair off with each so let’s begin.
Captain America vs. Batman: The ultimate fight between two highly skilled martial artists will be brutal and filled with all sorts of moves, but in the end Captain America wins. Steve does have superpowers, and Bruce doesn’t. His body is at peak level, he doesn’t get tired, he heals quickly, and he also has a super mind. He can look at a situation and comes up with the most effective fight plan. It won’t be easy, and he’ll use his shield too, but Captain America knocks out Batman.
Superman vs. The Hulk: Yes the classic battle between who is the strongest, it will be a fight that levels most of the buildings around them. Superman can fly and hit Hulk with his heat vision, but the Hulk can leap any distance he wants. He’ll grab Superman and throw him to the ground. It will end up a fight on the ground with the two of them punching each other, but ultimately Superman wins. I know some of you will say that the Hulk will just keep getting madder and stronger, but he’s fighting Superman. He’ll find a way to knock out the Hulk, who will turn back to Bruce Banner.
Wonder-Woman vs. Thor: The battle of a Greek Goddess vs a Norse God. This Thor will have his hammer and this Wonder-Woman will have her sword, shield, bracelets, and lasso of truth. I see this fight going very similar to her fight with Ares in her movie. Physically Thor is more powerful, and Diana will have to deal with that plus his control of the weather. However, this is Wonder-Woman after all, and after using his Godslayer bracelets, her lasso to hold Thor down, and then actually picking up his hammer and using it against him (because she is worthy) she will score a knockout and defeat Thor.
Hawkeye vs Green Arrow: the ultimate archer vs archer fight. Each one as their assortment of trick arrows, but they would be able to counter them with their own arrows. It would be a very entertaining fight with them shootings a variety of arrows at each other, but eventually they run out. It leads to a hand to hand fight between them, so ultimately it ends up being decided by who is the better martial artist. Based on the comic-books (Hawkeye was trained to fight by Captain America) and watching Green Arrow fight on his show, I would have to give the edge to edge to Hawkeye.
Ironman vs Cyborg: the two tech guys on the team fight each other, so this entertaining fight will see who is best at it. Cyborg has some impressive, alien tech in his cybernetics, but he is facing Tony Stark. Even with is Earth technology suit he is able to adjust and adapt to Cyborg, and he will even use his own cybernetics against him. Ironman wins this one.
The Flash vs Quicksilver: I really wanted to see who would win this battle between the speedsters, and it would be a very fast looking fight with them running all across NYC. However, the Flash has the Speed Force around him, and he can even run through time if he needed to. The Flash wins.
Aquaman vs the Black Widow: this would be a very competitive fight between two highly skilled combatants. Aquaman is super-strong, very skilled at fighting and he carries his trident. Black Widow has shown superior fighting skills, she carries around a variety of weapons, and she her physical abilities are at peak human. Ultimately, the Black Widow would win because she is smarter and more experienced at fighting.
In the end the Avengers beat the Justice League by a score of 4–3.
